Maui Youth Volleyball Clubs & Organizations

Volleyball is a sport that children in Maui can learn at a young age…and they will be able to play it for the rest of their lives. Few other Maui sports offer a similar opportunity.

Volleyball players are always in good shape, as they are constantly running, jumping, diving, swinging their arms and bending their knees.

Teamwork
Volleyball offers all the lessons of team sports at a young age. You need to work as a team, whether playing doubles or six player, and if you don’t work together, you lose. Players learn the benefits of encouraging teammates and working together to improve.

Social Outlet
Volleyball clubs cultivate friendships. Social time is built into practices and tournaments, which allows players to get together and have fun.

Athletic Scholarships
Kids who start playing early are the ones who are placed onto competitive teams in high school and ultimately earn college scholarships. The muscle memory needed to play competitive volleyball takes some time to learn, and starting early with a club is generally the best way to further your child’s chances of doing well on a team in high school.
