UPCOUNTRY LITTLE LEAGUE 2012 REGISTRATION

Registration for Upcountry Little Leagues 2012 season will be on October 22nd, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Pukalani Pool Room.

The fee for T-Ball/Coach Pitch (Age 4-8) is $75.00 and Minor, Major, Jr, Sr. & Big League are $95.00 per player, with a $5.00 discount for siblings.

Please bring a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate if we do not have it on file. Forms will be available at Pukalani Superette after registration.

The T-Ball/Coach Pitch season will start in Mid-November. Application forms for volunteers will be available at registration. Volunteers are needed to assist in coaching, umpiring, score-keeping and concession workers & team parents.

A current copy of a valid driver’s license or Hawaii state identification is required. All volunteers will undergo a background check prior to participation.
