Media Submission & Publication Policy

Photo and video uploads are currently unavailable. Maui Youth Sports accepts written information for community sports coverage. The following publication principles apply to submitted material and existing editorial coverage. Submission does not guarantee publication. All materials remain unpublished until individually approved by the site operator. Contributors must own or have permission to provide the material and grant Maui Youth Sports a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit for presentation, publish, and share approved materials on MYS channels. Contributors retain their underlying ownership. Photos of ordinary public sporting events do not automatically require a separate parental release for every child pictured; school, venue, privacy, safety, and other applicable restrictions still matter. We may decline or remove content for safety, accuracy, rights, or privacy reasons. For removal requests, use Contact and provide the page URL and details. Do not upload private or sensitive images or identifying personal details of minors.
