Intro to Swim Team and year-round competitive swimming, with published competitive practice operations on all three islands. Neighbor-island groups have separate local arrangements.

- Intro typically 5–10 with swimming prerequisites
- Season / sessions
- Short course September–February; long course March–August.
- Joining
- Competitive team enrollment is closed for now. Intro sessions run every so often, usually 6–8 weeks. Contact the club about the next one.
- Participation notes
- Intro swimmers must be comfortable in 3.5–4 feet, swim one length and submerge/blow bubbles. Published competitive dues $600/season, additional sibling $500, 2026 USA Swimming $90. Prices can change, so check with the program.
