Fast Feet. Smart Plays. Big Teamwork

Flag football offers a fast-moving, non-tackle way to learn the game.

Flag football keeps many of football’s core skills—passing, receiving, route running, ball carrying and team defense—while replacing tackles with the removal of a flag from the ball carrier. The reduced-contact format makes it accessible to younger players and allows athletes to develop football fundamentals in a fast, open-field game.

Maui has active youth flag football for both coed and girls divisions, with programs spanning several age groups.
