Respect First. Confidence Follows

Martial arts offers many paths to discipline, fitness and personal growth.

Martial arts is an umbrella for disciplines that develop movement, technique, control and self-discipline. Maui programs may teach striking arts, grappling arts, or a combination of both, and competition rules differ greatly among judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate, taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing and related disciplines.

Martial arts disciplines differ in their skills and training. Ask each program which martial art it teaches and which classes suit your child’s age and experience.
