Menehune Basketball League continues through December
Published · Historical article
The County of Maui’s 2026 Menehune Basketball League is underway, giving sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade players a fall basketball season at County gyms around Maui.
The Department of Parks and Recreation scheduled the league from Sept. 1 through Dec. 10. Registration was free, and the County said registered players would be placed on teams.
The program is one of the County’s recurring youth-sports offerings and provides a recreational basketball option for Maui middle-school-age players.
